Revision 02. In effect from January 22nd 2011. These laws are in compliance with all acts of Los Santos and the state of San Andreas.

Emergency hotline abuse - Misusing the 911 emergency hotline to report fraudulent or deceitful information.

Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle - Refusing to pull over when an emergency vehicle with an active siren is in the vicinity.

Improper parking - Leaving a vehicle unattended in a manor that is dangerous or obstructive.

Parking in a restricted government zone - Leaving a vehicle unattended in a government-owned area in which parking is prohibited.

Public urination - Disposing of urine on a street, sidewalk, park, or any other public place.

Reckless driving - Any person who drives any vehicle upon a highway in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.

Assault-An unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability, to commit a violent injury upon another person.

Brandishing a weapon or firearm - Drawing, exhibiting, or using a firearm or deadly weapon.

Possession of an offensive weapon- Having a weapon or item that can be used to cause harm to another person.

Failure to pay a fine - Refusing to fulfill the payment of a monetary amount required by a ticket.

Hit and run - Leaving the scene of an accident in which you were involved without providing the other party your identification or providing assistance to the other party.

Possession of a controlled substance - Possessing any form of narcotic eg.cocaine,pot etc.

Hostage taking - Seizing a person in order to compel another party to act, or refrain from acting, in a particular way.

Kidnapping - The use of force or fear to take a person and move them a substantial distance.

Murder of a government employee - Committing an act that caused the death of an on duty government employee with malice aforethought and without a lawful excuse or justification.
